Privacy Policy

Social Intelligence System provides private workspaces for monitoring and comparing the performance of social accounts that users choose to connect. Contact the service operator at kevinmfkluo@gmail.com for privacy questions or data requests.

Information we process

We process your login email, password hash, workspace memberships, account identifiers and names, content metadata (such as titles, captions, links and publication times), and the performance metrics made available by each connected platform. These may include views, impressions, reach and engagement. Some platforms also provide audience, traffic source or retention reports. Availability depends on the platform, your account and the permissions you grant.

When you connect an account through a platform's authorization page, we receive authorization credentials, including access tokens and refresh tokens when provided. We do not ask for or receive your social account password through this authorization flow. Only configured and authorized platforms are collected; the presence of a platform in the menu does not mean it is connected.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, enforce workspace access, collect authorized account data, create performance reports, maintain collection history, and diagnose failures. Connections request read-only access for this service's analytics functions. They are not used to publish, edit or delete social content, manage advertising campaigns, or purchase advertising.

Platform data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized AI models.

Workspaces and sharing

Connected account data is available to authorized members of its workspace according to their roles. Workspace administrators manage membership. Service administrators operate the service and may access information when necessary for maintenance, support or data requests. Data is stored on the service's hosted infrastructure; authorized platform requests transmit credentials and account identifiers to the relevant platform. We do not intentionally make private reports or authorization credentials public.

Optional AI analysis and password recovery

When AI analysis is enabled and you opt in for a question, the question, recent conversation context and relevant content titles and performance metrics from your current workspace are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. Social authorization credentials, workspace member emails and raw platform responses are excluded. AI requests are sent with response storage disabled; OpenAI processing and retention policies still apply. Conversation context is kept in application memory for up to one hour and can be cleared with the new conversation action.

When password recovery email is enabled, your login email and a short-lived, one-use reset link are processed by the configured email delivery service. Successful reset invalidates existing website login sessions and does not change social platform grants.

Storage and security

The website uses HTTPS. Web OAuth credentials are encrypted in the application database; application secrets are stored separately with restricted file permissions. Login sessions use cookies for authentication. Collection and authorization status and administrative actions are recorded for operation and troubleshooting. Backups are maintained for recovery. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, disconnecting and deletion

Historical content, metrics and operational records are retained to support comparisons over time and service operation, unless deleted in response to a request. Disconnecting an account stops future collection through that connection and clears its active stored credentials; it does not automatically delete historical reports or backup copies. You may also revoke the application's access in the platform's settings.

To request deletion of your account, authorization information or collected data, email kevinmfkluo@gmail.com using your registered email and identify the workspace and accounts concerned. We verify the request before deleting data, including checking ownership and any shared workspace interests. Backup copies may remain until rotated out; if a backup is restored, applicable deletion requests must be reapplied. Do not send passwords or access tokens with your request.

Your choices

You choose which platforms and accounts to authorize and can disconnect them from the platform connection controls. Permission or platform restrictions may limit collection. If you do not connect a platform, the service does not obtain its account data through OAuth. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

Changes

We update this page when the service's data practices change and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or a registered contact address as appropriate.
